AllMyLinks is still the free default a lot of OnlyFans creators already use, and the product makes that obvious. In our build, OnlyFans sat in the top row of the add-link picker. Adding it automatically created a Hide 18+ links toggle for viewers and grouped the OnlyFans link under it. No extra settings hunt. The live page published three links for free with no paywall in the flow.

Then you read the terms. On 2026-07-22 the Content Liability section said you may not monetize links to adult websites or adult content, and you may not upload sexually explicit content to your profile. That sits badly next to a first-class OnlyFans button. Linking appears tolerated in the UI. Monetizing adult links on the page is written as forbidden. If your plan is tips, PPV teasers, or anything that looks like monetizing adult destinations on AllMyLinks itself, the terms are against you.

The editor also fought us. Saves did not stick until we fully reloaded the page, twice. Fine for a one-time setup. Annoying if you iterate often.

Use it as a free, OF-native landing page with the legal text in mind. Do not treat it as a storefront for adult offers.
